Title: Full-time Commissioner Positions in Committees under the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council

Based on Article 4 of Decree 33/2021/ND-CP, the content is regulated as follows:

- Each Committee of the People's Council of Ho Chi Minh City has 01 full-time Member. The full-time Member is considered and approved by the Standing Committee of the People's Council of Ho Chi Minh City based on the recommendation of the Head of the Committee of the People's Council.

- The title of the full-time Member (hereinafter referred to as the full-time Member) in the Committees of the People's Council of Ho Chi Minh City is determined as follows:

+ Full-time Member of the Legal Committee;

+ Full-time Member of the Economic - Budget Committee;

+ Full-time Member of the Culture - Society Committee;

+ Full-time Member of the Urban Committee.

- Standards for the title of full-time Member:

+ Must be a current delegate of the People's Council of Ho Chi Minh City;

+ Must have a university degree or higher, be capable of participating in policy formulation and organizing oversight activities, and possess the professional and practical experience, and qualifications suitable for the position of full-time Member as stipulated in paragraph 2 of this Article.

- Full-time Members are entitled to receive salaries as prescribed by current law for officials and also receive a position allowance equivalent to the head of the departmental division.
