The Standing Committee of the National Assembly prescribes the form, technique for presentation of legislative documents of the People's Committee.
Pursuant to Clause 4, Article 8 of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents 2015, it is stipulated as follows:
The Standing Committee of the National Assembly shall prescribe the format and technical presentation of legal documents of the National Assembly, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, and the President.
The Government of Vietnam shall prescribe the format and technical presentation of legal documents of other agencies and competent persons as stipulated in this Law.
Thus, the format and technical presentation of legal documents of the People's Committee are prescribed by the Government of Vietnam, not by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly.
