The number of official wards in Hanoi city?

Based on Article 18 of Decree 32/2021/ND-CP, the number of officials in the wards of Hanoi City is regulated as follows:

- The average staffing level of officials working at the Ward People's Committee is 15 people. This average number is calculated based on the total number of wards in a district or district-level town.

- Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 1 of this Article, the Hanoi City People's Committee shall submit to the People's Council at the same level the allocation of the staffing level of officials of the Ward People's Committee under each district or district-level town.

- Based on Clauses 1 and 2 of this Article and the mission requirements of each ward, the People's Committee of the district or district-level town decides on the specific staffing levels of officials for each positional title working at the Ward People's Committee.
