Term of Validity of Documents in the Application Dossier for Admission into the Communist Party of Vietnam is Regulated How?
The document validity period in the membership application dossier for joining the Communist Party is stipulated in Section 5 of Guide 01-HD/TW of 2021 on specific issues on the implementation of the Party Charter. To be specific:
If more than 12 months have passed since the dossier was prepared to propose admission to the Communist Party and the Party cell has not yet reviewed the admission proposal, the following documents must be redone:
- The introduction letter from the official party member assigned to assist the applicant into the Communist Party.
- The resolution introducing the union member into the Communist Party made by the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union foundation or grassroots branch; the grassroots trade union executive committee.
- A document for additional background verification of the applicant entering the Communist Party if there is any change compared to the previous verification time.
- Additional comments from political and social organizations where the applicant to the Communist Party is engaged, and the Party cell or committee where the applicant resides.
If more than 60 months have passed since the day the applicant to the Communist Party was issued a certificate of completion of the awareness training course about the Communist Party and the Party cell has not yet reviewed the admission proposal, the Party cell must introduce the applicant to retake the course to be issued a new certificate before considering admission.
Respectfully.
