Technical Requirements for Sleeve Emblems (Militia and Self-Defense Force Uniforms)
National Standard TCVN/QS 1822:2021 on Militia and Self-Defense Force Uniforms
Issued together with Circular 94/2021/TT-BQP, whereby the National Standard TCVN/QS 1822-4:2021 on Militia and Self-Defense Force Uniforms - Part 4: Sleeve Insignia stipulates the technical requirements for sleeve insignias as follows:
3.1 General requirements
3.1.1 Appearance requirements
The sleeve insignia is woven and then laser cut. The insignia is in the shape of a shield leaf, with a main background color of green, surrounded by a yellow border DA 158. In the middle of the insignia is the image of the militia’s red star cap (with the national emblem inside). On both sides are orange rice flowers. Above the star cap is the “MILITIA AND SELF-DEFENSE FORCE” wording in yellow, and the insignia is woven in a patterned style.
3.1.2 Material requirements
- The sleeve insignia is woven from 150D Polyester yarn in 5 colors: Golden yellow, green, yellow DA 157, red, and orange;
- The backside of the insignia is laminated with paper Mex.
3.2 Technical specifications
The sleeve insignia has the following dimensions: Before cutting: (100 x 120) mm; after cutting: (70 x 90) mm.
