Tasks of implementation of the National Archives Publication Program in service of socio-economic construction and development in Vietnam

Pursuant to Section II, Article 1 of Decision 2194/QD-TTg in 2021, the tasks of the National Archives Publication Program in service of socio-economic construction and development and protection of national sovereignty are as follows: 

1. Organize the translation of Chinese-Southern character documents and foreign language documents into Vietnamese for publication.

2. Organize the processing of the block of photo documents with errors and lack of information before publishing.

3. Publicize national archival materials serving the country's socio-economic development strategy through the following forms: display, exhibition, publication, film making, reportage on various media media and other forms.

4. Improve the quality of human resources for publication of archival materials.

5. Invest in facilities to serve the publication of archival materials at the State Historical Archives.

6. Building the National Archives Publication Portal.

Time and cost for implementation of the National Archives Publication Program in service of socio-economic construction and development in Vietnam

Pursuant to Section III of Article 1 of Decision 2194/QD-TTg in 2021, time and cost for implementation of the National Archives Publication Program in service of socio-economic construction and development and the protection of national sovereignty are as follows:

1. Program implementation time

Implementation period: from 2022 to 2030.

2. Funding for the implementation of the Program

- The state budget shall be included in the monthly budget estimates of ministries, branches and localities according to current budget decentralization; other relevant programs, projects and schemes as prescribed by law.

- Funding, international aid and social mobilization, community and other lawful sources (if any).
