Standards on Professional Competence and Expertise of Grade II Aviation Port Officers
According to Clause 3 Article 5 of Circular 11/2020/TT-BGTVT (Effective from August 01, 2020), stipulating standards for professional competence and operations of an Aviation Port Officer Class II, specifically as follows:
- Thoroughly grasp and understand the viewpoints, guidelines, and policies of the Communist Party, and the laws of the State regarding the field of civil aviation; functions and duties of the aviation port authorities;
- Thoroughly grasp the strategies, policies, situation, and development trends of the civil aviation industry both domestically and globally;
- Organize guidance and implementation of policies and regulations in the assigned field;
- Organize or coordinate inspections, evaluations, and reviews of policy implementation in the assigned sector and field;
- Officials promoted to the professional title of Aviation Port Officer Class II must have held the title of Aviation Port Officer Class III or an equivalent position for at least 09 years (excluding probation and internship periods), with at least 01 year (a full 12 months) in the most recent period holding the title of Aviation Port Officer Class III.
