Standards for Education and Training Levels for Official Ranks in the Administrative Specialty

Based on Clauses 4 and 5, Article 8 of Circular 2/2021/TT-BNV (effective from August 1, 2021) stipulates as follows:

- Standards for education and training:

Possess an associate degree or higher with a major or specialized training suitable to the industry or field of work.

- Requirements for officials taking the exam for promotion to the rank of officer:

Have held the position of employee or equivalent for at least 03 years or more (excluding probationary and trial periods). In cases where the period equivalent to the rank of employee is counted, the minimum period of holding the rank of employee is 01 year (full 12 months) up to the deadline for submitting the application for the promotional exam.
