Salary Regime of Elementary School Accountants

*Salary regime.

When you sign a working contract with the primary school, you will undergo a probationary period of 1 year. During the probationary period, you will receive a salary as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 22 of Decree 29/2012/ND-CP, which specifies the salary rate as follows:

During the probationary period, the probationer is entitled to 85% of the salary rate corresponding to the professional title of the recruiting position. In cases where the probationer holds a master's or doctoral degree and the training field is suitable for the requirements of the recruiting position, the probationer with a master's degree is entitled to 85% of the second-level salary rate, and the probationer with a doctoral degree is entitled to 85% of the third-level salary rate of the professional title corresponding to the recruiting position. Other allowances are received as prescribed by law.

*Allowance regime for accountants

According to Clause 1, Article 11 of Circular 04/2018/TT-BNV, the accountant allowance of the primary school will be entitled to a monthly responsibility allowance of 0.1 compared to the statutory pay rate.
