Based on Section III of Circular 83/2005/TT-BNV stipulating policies on other allowances as follows:
"2- On policies regarding job responsibility allowances.
..
d) For officials and public employees on the payroll of Thong Nhat Hospital (Ho Chi Minh City): The job responsibility allowance rate is 0.2."
According to the above regulation, public employees on the payroll of Thong Nhat Hospital will receive a job responsibility allowance rate of 0.2. Therefore, there is no provision that long-term employees will receive a job responsibility allowance with a rate of 0.2.
