Responsibilities of the Vice Chairman of the Ward in Hanoi City as Regulated
Based on Article 10 of Decree 32/2021/ND-CP stipulating the responsibilities of the Deputy Chairperson of the ward in Hanoi city as follows:
Implement the duties and powers of the Ward People's Committee within the scope of the field assigned by the Ward Chairperson.
Be accountable to the Ward Chairperson and before the law when performing duties and public tasks within the scope of the assigned field.
Sign on behalf of the Ward Chairperson the documents of the Ward People's Committee when assigned by the Ward Chairperson.
Fulfill the obligations of an official and comply with the regulations on what officials are not allowed to do as prescribed in the Law on Cadres, Officials and other relevant legal regulations.
