Responsibilities of Officials and Public Employees regarding Clerical and Archival Work of the Ministry of Home Affairs
Based on Clause 7, Article 4 of the Regulation on office and archival work of the Ministry of Home Affairs, issued together with Decision 1032/QD-BNV in 2020, the responsibilities of officials and public employees working in units under the Ministry of Home Affairs regarding office and archival work are as follows:
a) Strictly comply with this Regulation and other legal provisions on office and archival work. Update tasks assigned by the Ministry's Leadership into the Monitoring and Management System (except for confidential documents); compile assigned tasks to serve monitoring, urging, and inspecting work.
b) Ensure timely reception and processing of documents in a prompt and timely manner as assigned by the unit's leadership; be responsible to the leadership for advisory opinions, report processing results to the unit's leadership; file work records and submit files to the Archives conformably.
c) Take personal responsibility for using accounts on the Document Management System (QLVB): do not access others' accounts, do not allow others to access one's account (except in cases of authorization and delegation). Upon transferring work or taking leave, must hand over the use rights of the QLVB System and all records and documents to the head of the unit.
d) Drafting specialists are responsible for monitoring work progress during the signing and issuing process, sending, filing of assigned work, and submitting documents to the Agency's Archives.
