Responsibilities for Implementation, Monitoring, Urging, Inspection, and Supervision at Meetings of State Administrative Agencies
In Article 17 of Decision 45/2018/QD-TTg, effective from December 25, 2018, the responsibilities for implementing, monitoring, urging, inspecting, and supervising the execution of meeting conclusions and decisions are stipulated as follows:
- The heads of agencies and units are responsible for organizing the implementation of meeting conclusions and decisions within the scope and responsibility of their respective agencies and units. For urgent matters, agencies should organize implementation based on the directives of the meeting chair without waiting for the notification of conclusions.
- The office of ministries, agencies, and People's Committee offices at all levels are responsible for monitoring and urging the implementation of conclusions and decisions of Ministers, Heads of agencies, and Chairpersons of People's Committees at all levels; periodically, on a monthly and quarterly basis, aggregating, reviewing, and checking the implementation situation, reporting to the leaders of the ministry, agency, and People's Committee, and informing the responsible agency or unit for implementation.
- Individuals and organizations attending the meeting or related to the execution of conclusions and decisions at the meeting are responsible for executing and supervising the implementation and promptly reflecting to the competent authorities if the conclusions and decisions of the meeting are not seriously implemented by the relevant agencies and units, on time.
