Responsibilities and Duties of the Deputy Commander of the Military Command of an Agency or Organization from July 01, 2020

Pursuant to Article 12 of Circular 29/2020/TT-BQP (Effective date: July 1, 2020) stipulating the responsibilities and tasks of the deputy commander of the military command board of agencies and organizations as follows:

1. Responsibilities

Take responsibility before the commander and the political commissar of the military command board at the same level for the assigned tasks; replace the commander when authorized by a competent authority.

2. Tasks

- Advise and propose to the commander and political commissar of the military command board at the same level on plans, content, measures for directing and organizing the implementation of assigned tasks;

- Summarize the results of the assigned tasks, report to the commander and political commissar of the military command board at the same level as prescribed.
