Report on Results of Loan Implementation for Job Creation, Maintenance, and Expansion
According to Article 4 of Circular 01/2020/TT-BLDTBXH, the content is stipulated as follows:
Quarterly, before the 10th of the first month, the Social Policy Bank transaction office reports to the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs the results of lending to support job creation, job maintenance, and expansion, and the results of lending to support laborers going to work abroad under contracts from mobilized capital sources using Form No. 7 and Form No. 8 issued along with this Circular.
Quarterly, before the 15th of the first month, the Social Policy Bank branch reports to the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs the results of lending to support job creation, job maintenance, and expansion, and the results of lending to support laborers going to work abroad under contracts from mobilized capital sources using Form No. 9 and Form No. 10 issued along with this Circular.
Quarterly, before the 20th of the first month, the Social Policy Bank reports to the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs the results of lending to support job creation, job maintenance, and expansion, and the results of lending to support laborers going to work abroad under contracts from mobilized capital sources using Form No. 11 and Form No. 12 issued along with this Circular.
The time point for the report data stipulated in Clauses 1, 2, and 3 of this Article shall be calculated from January 1 of the reporting year to the last day of the preceding quarter.
