Removal of a Back Tattoo: Eligibility for NVCA Service
According to Article 6 of Circular 45/2019/TT-BCA, citizens performing the obligation to join the People's Police must meet the following special criteria:
Not addicted to drugs or drug precursors.
Normal hair color and style.
No skin pigment disorders.
No tattoos (including cosmetic tattoos) on the skin.
No ear piercings (for men), nose piercings, or other body piercings for jewelry purposes.
No chronic diseases or social diseases.
No keloid scars on the head, face, neck, forearms, hands, or feet.
Therefore, participants in the People's Police service must not have tattoos on their skin, including the back or other parts of the body. If you have the tattoos removed without leaving keloid scars, or if they are completely removed, you may be able to join the People's Police service. However, you must meet the other conditions as well. For the most accurate conclusion, you should undergo a health examination for the People's Police service.
Respectfully!
