Regulations on the Use of Spring - Summer, Autumn - Winter Uniforms in the Naval Sector
Based on Article 5 of the Regulations on the management and use of uniforms in the customs sector (enclosed with Decision 1062/QD-TCHQ dated April 9, 2021, of the Director General of the General Department of Customs) stipulated as follows:
Spring-summer and fall-winter uniforms are used when performing duties, attending courses, training sessions, and departmental conferences (except in cases of wearing: civilian attire as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 2; ceremonial dress as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 4; anti-smuggling attire as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 6; and protective clothing as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 13 of this Regulation).
When wearing spring-summer and fall-winter uniforms, the user must wear the uniform according to model number 02 attached to this Regulation, wherein:
a) The spring-summer uniform for men includes: short-sleeved or long-sleeved shirt, trousers, insignia, rank insignia, belt, socks, black leather shoes, name tag, and a peaked cap as stipulated.
b) The spring-summer uniform for women includes: short-sleeved or long-sleeved shirt, trousers or skirt, insignia, rank insignia, belt, black leather shoes, name tag, and a peaked cap as stipulated.
c) The fall-winter uniform for men includes: fall-winter jacket, white shirt, trousers, tie, insignia, rank insignia, belt, socks, black leather shoes, name tag, and a peaked cap as stipulated.
d) The fall-winter uniform for women includes: fall-winter jacket, white shirt, trousers or skirt, tie, insignia, rank insignia, belt, black leather shoes, name tag, and a peaked cap as stipulated.
