Regulations on the Responsibilities of the Ministry of Public Security in the Management Activities of the National Public Service Portal
Based on Article 58 of the Regulation on Management, Operation, and Exploitation of the National Public Service Portal issued together with Decision 31/2021/QD-TTg (Effective from December 9, 2021) stipulating the responsibilities of the Ministry of Public Security as follows:
Perform tasks assigned in Clauses 2, 3 of Article 12, and Clause 3 of Article 54 of this Regulation.
Implement data sharing about citizens from the National Population Database to serve the purpose of account verification and data exploitation during the administrative procedure resolution process for organizations and individuals.
Carry out tasks to ensure information security as stipulated by law.
