Regulations on Reviewing and Evaluating the Implementation of Laws by the Government

At Clause 2, Article 1 of Decree No. 32/2020/ND-CP amending Decree No. 59/2012/ND-CP (Effective from May 15, 2020), there are provisions regarding the review and assessment of the law enforcement situation by the Government as follows:

- Based on results monitoring the law enforcement situation, ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government of Vietnam, and People's Committees at all levels are responsible for reviewing and assessing the law enforcement situation within the scope of their assigned state management.

- Pursuant to the provisions of Article 7, Article 8, Article 9 and Article 10 of this Decree, ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government of Vietnam, and People's Committees at all levels are responsible for reviewing and assessing the positive and negative impacts of the enforcement of legal provisions on economic and social life.

- The Minister of Justice is responsible for detailing the review and assessment of the law enforcement situation as stipulated in Article 8, Article 9 and Article 10 of this Decree."
