Regulations of the Government of Vietnam on policies for meetings in crime prevention and control
Under Article 10 of Decision 165/QD-BCD138/CP in 2020, the meeting policies are stipulated as follows:
The Steering Committee for Anti-crime in Vietnam organizes periodical meetings every six months, annual meetings, and ad-hoc meetings as decided by the Head of the Committee. In necessary cases, the Head of the Committee will convene the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee for Anti-crime in Vietnam to resolve the Committee's affairs.
+ The Standing Body of the Steering Committee for Anti-crime in Vietnam proposes to the Head of the Committee to decide on the content, participants, and time of the Steering Committee's meetings.
+ Members of the Steering Committee for Anti-crime in Vietnam must fully attend the Steering Committee's meetings; coordinate in preparing meeting content at request by the Standing Body of the Steering Committee for Anti-crime in Vietnam; in the case of absence, they must report to seek the opinion of the Head of the Committee or the Deputy Head of the Committee presiding over the meeting and authorize officials to attend on their behalf.
+ The Steering Committee's meetings must be notified in writing about the content, time, and venue at least 3 working days in advance, attached with related documents.
