Re-registration of the Specimen Signature of the Translation Collaborator for Foreign Documents, Papers for Authentication by the Department of Justice

Article 19 of Circular 01/2020/TT-BTP stipulates the re-registration of the specimen signature of translation collaborators for certifying foreign documents by the Justice Department as follows:

When signing a contract with the Justice Department, translation collaborators must register their specimen signature as stipulated in Article 29 of Decree No. 23/2015/ND-CP. In case of wanting to change the signature, the collaborator must submit a written request for re-registration of the specimen signature and sign three (03) specimen signatures in the Written Request for Specimen Signature Registration. The signing of the three (03) specimen signatures must be done in the presence of the Head of the Justice Department.
