Procedure for Regular Annual Review of Poor and Near-Poor Households
According to Article 5 of Decision 24/2021/QD-TTg (Effective from September 1, 2021) stipulating the process for annual regular reviews of poor households and near-poor households as follows:
Households with an application requesting a review of the poor household status, near-poor household status, or requesting recognition of having escaped poor household status or near-poor household status, according to Form No. 04 in the Appendix issued with this Decision, shall submit it directly or via postal service to the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee.
The Chairman of the Commune People's Committee directs the Commune Review Steering Committee to conduct regular reviews of poor households and near-poor households according to the process prescribed in clauses 2, 3, and 4 of Article 4 of this Decision: decision to recognize poor households, near-poor households, or households that have escaped poor and near-poor status; issuance of a certificate of poor household status, near-poor household status within 15 days from the date the review begins as stipulated at point b clause 1 Article 3 of this Decision. In cases where the conditions are not met according to regulations, the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee shall provide a written response stating the reasons.
Note: The regular annual review time for poor households and near-poor households is carried out once every month, starting from the 15th of each month.
