- The grassroots Communist Party committees consider, if two-thirds or more of the party committee's members vote in favor of removing the name of the probationary member, it issues a resolution and reports to the competent party committee.
- The standing committee of the competent party committee that admits party members considers, if more than half of its members vote in favor of removing the name, it issues a decision to remove the name.
- The grassroots Communist Party committees authorized to decide on admitting party members issue a decision to remove the name of the probationary member if at least two-thirds of the incumbent party committee members agree.
