Procedure for Deleting the Name of a Probationary Party Member

According to Clause 4.6, Section 4 of Guideline 01-HD/TW of 2016, the procedure for removing the name of a provisional party member is stipulated as follows:

- The cell reviews, if two-thirds or more official party members agree to remove the provisional party member's name, it shall issue a resolution and report to the superior party committee.

- The grassroots party committee reviews, if two-thirds or more committee members agree to remove the provisional party member's name, it shall issue a resolution and report to the competent party authority.

- The standing committee of the competent party authority that admits party members reviews, if more than half of its members agree to remove the name, it shall issue a decision to remove the name.

- The grassroots party committee authorized to admit party members shall issue a decision to remove the provisional party member's name if it is approved by at least two-thirds of the standing committee members.
