Principles for Evaluating Administrative Procedures at the One-stop Shop under the One-stop, Interlinked Mechanism of the Ministry of Home Affairs
Pursuant to Article 14 of the Regulation on the organization and operation of the One-stop Shop under the one-stop, interlinked mechanism in resolving administrative procedures at the Ministry of Home Affairs, issued together with Decision 125/QD-BNV in 2022, the principles for evaluating administrative procedures at the One-stop Shop under the one-stop, interlinked mechanism of the Ministry of Home Affairs are as follows:
Evaluating the implementation of administrative procedures involves reviewing and concluding by the competent authorities, organizations, and citizens regarding the quality and progress of guidance, reception, resolution, and the return of results for administrative procedures by the One-stop Shop, officials, and public employees carrying out these procedures, and the administrative procedures resolving authority. The evaluation of the resolution of administrative procedures by the Ministry of Home Affairs is conducted based on the following principles:
Objective, honest, accurate, scientific, transparent, public, fair, equal, and lawful in the evaluation and publication of evaluation results.
Using the satisfaction of organizations and citizens regarding the quality and progress of resolving administrative procedures and the results and effectiveness of task performance as a measure for evaluation.
Ensuring the confidentiality of information provided by organizations and citizens, cooperating in surveys, and soliciting evaluation opinions.
Authority for Evaluating Administrative Procedures at the One-stop Shop under the One-stop, Interlinked Mechanism of the Ministry of Home Affairs
Pursuant to Article 15 of this Regulation, the authority for evaluating administrative procedures at the One-stop Shop under the one-stop, interlinked mechanism of the Ministry of Home Affairs is as follows:
The Ministry of Home Affairs evaluates the quality and progress of resolving administrative procedures under the competence of the Ministry's reception and resolution authorities and affiliated units with administrative procedures.
Units with administrative procedures conduct self-evaluations of the quality and progress of their administrative procedure resolution.
Organizations and citizens conducting transactions and performing administrative procedures evaluate the quality and progress of the resolution of administrative procedures.
