1. How are the techniques for presenting administrative documents regulated?
According to Article 9 of Decree 30/2020/ND-CP, the techniques for presenting administrative documents are regulated as follows:
The techniques for presenting documents include: paper size, layout style, page margin settings, font, font size, font style, placement of format elements, and page numbering. The techniques for presenting administrative documents are carried out in accordance with Appendix I of this Decree. Capitalization in administrative documents is conducted according to the regulations in Appendix II of this Decree. Abbreviations for the names of administrative document types are done according to the regulations in Appendix III of this Decree.
2. What are the formalities of administrative documents according to current law?
Based on Article 8 of Decree 30/2020/ND-CP, the formalities of documents are regulated as follows:
Document formality is the set of components that constitute a document, including the main components applicable to all types of documents and additional components in specific cases or for certain types of documents.
The formalities of administrative documents include the main components:
a) National emblem and motto.
b) Name of the issuing agency, organization.
c) Number and symbol of the document.
d) Place and date of document issuance.
e) Type and summary of the document content.
f) Document content.
g) Position, full name, and signature of the authorized person.
h) Seal, digital signature of the agency, organization.
i) Recipients.
- In addition to the components specified in Clause 2 of this Article, the document can include other components:
a) Appendix.
b) Confidentiality markings, urgency levels, guidelines on circulation scope.
c) Drafting symbol and the number of issued copies.
d) Address of the agency, organization; email; website; telephone number; fax number.
- The formalities of administrative documents are carried out in accordance with Appendix I of this Decree.
