Officers and Soldiers of the People's Public Security Force Are Prohibited from Doing What?
According to the provisions of Article 32 of the 2018 Law on People's Public Security, People's Public Security officers are not allowed to do the following:
- Exploit or abuse assigned positions and powers to infringe upon the interests of the State, the rights and lawful interests of organizations and individuals.
- Actions against the law, the regulations of the People's Public Security, and those actions that the law stipulates officials and public employees are not allowed to do.
Regarding what officials and public employees are not allowed to do, you can find detailed information in Section 4, Chapter II of the 2008 Law on Cadres and Officials and Article 19 of the 2010 Law on Public Employees.
