Number of Deputy Heads of Professional and Operational Departments under the Department Regulations

The number of Deputy Heads of specialized departments under the Department is stipulated in Clause 4, Article 1, Decree 107/2020/ND-CP. To be specific:

- Departments under the Department of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with less than 10 official staff, departments under the Department of a Type I provincial level with less than 09 official staff, and departments under the Department of Type II and Type III provincial levels with less than 08 official staff are allocated 01 Deputy Head;

- Departments under the Department of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with from 10 to 14 official staff, departments under the Department of a Type I provincial level with from 09 to 14 official staff, and departments under the Department of Type II and Type III provincial levels with from 08 to 14 official staff are allocated no more than 02 Deputy Heads;

- Departments under the Department with 15 or more official staff are allocated no more than 03 Deputy Heads.
