No Withdrawing of Complaints After Submission of Complaint Form
Pursuant to Article 10 of the 2011 Law on Complaints, the regulation is as follows:
The complainant may withdraw the complaint at any time during the process of lodging and resolving the complaint; the withdrawal of the complaint must be done in writing with the signature or fingerprint of the complainant; the request for withdrawal of the complaint must be sent to the competent authority handling the complaint.
When the competent authority handling the complaint receives the request for withdrawal of the complaint, they shall cease the resolution and notify the complainant in writing about the cessation of the resolution of the complaint.
Therefore, you may withdraw the complaint at any time during the process of lodging and resolving the complaint, provided it is done in writing with your signature or fingerprint.
