Militia Considering the Title of "Advanced Soldier": What is Required?
Requirements for Militia to Qualify for the Title of "Advanced Warrior"
Based on Clause 4, Article 9 of Circular 57/2020/TT-BQP regarding the title of “Advanced Warrior” as follows:
The title of “Advanced Warrior” is awarded annually to individuals holding militia commander positions, permanent militia soldiers, and mobile militia who meet the following criteria:
a) Successfully complete assigned duties and responsibilities (training, readiness for combat; protecting national security, ensuring public order and safety, combating crime and legal violations; propagating and mobilizing people to build a robust, comprehensive foundation; implementing social policies; preventing and mitigating disaster consequences, incidents, natural calamities, diseases, fires, and explosions; search and rescue; forest and environmental protection, and other civil defense activities);
b) Fully complete training content and programs; 100% of the test or exam content must meet requirements, with at least 65% rated as good or excellent;
c) Successfully complete production, study, and work duties;
d) Adhere to the policies and guidelines of the Communist Party, laws, and regulations of the State; demonstrate solidarity, mutual support, actively participate in emulation movements; and exhibit strong ethics and a healthy lifestyle.
Thus, the title of "Advanced Warrior" is awarded to militia members who not only successfully complete training, testing, and duties but also meet the above-stipulated conditions.
Criteria for Awarding the Title of "Base-Level Emulation Warrior" in Local Military Agencies
According to Article 3 of Circular 57/2020/TT-BQP regarding the title of “Base-Level Emulation Warrior” as follows:
The title of “Base-Level Emulation Warrior” is awarded annually to individuals holding militia commander positions, permanent militia soldiers, and mobile militia who excel in their duties, selected from individuals who meet the standards for the title of "Advanced Warrior," and must have initiatives to improve work efficiency or have projects or research works that have been accepted and applied in the unit, or demonstrate ingenuity and creativity in combat and combat service that brings about effective results, recognized by the unit head from the district-level military command or equivalent.
Therefore, to be awarded the title of "Base-Level Emulation Warrior," militia members must be selected from those who meet the standards of the "Advanced Warrior" title and fulfill the above-mentioned conditions.
