Methods for Submitting Statistical Reports of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism

Pursuant to Clause 4, Article 3 of Circular 17/2021/TT-BVHTTDL stipulating the methods for submitting statistical reports of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the regulations are as follows:

a) Paper documents with the signature and seal of the head of the agency or unit.

b) Through the electronic document system in two forms: pdf format of the paper document or as an electronic file authenticated by the digital signature of the head of the agency or unit.

Agencies and Units Reporting and Receiving Statistical Reports of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism

According to Clause 5, Article 3 of this Circular, regulations concerning the agencies and units reporting and receiving statistical reports of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism are as follows:

a) Reporting agencies and units: Agencies and units under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism assigned responsibility for collecting and compiling statistical indicators according to Circular No. 11/2021/TT-BVHTTDL dated October 06, 2021 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism stipulating the Statistical Indicator System for the culture, sports and tourism sector. The reporting agency or unit is specified in the top right corner of each report form.

b) Agencies and units receiving reports: Department of Planning and Finance.
