Method for Inspecting Raincoats for Militiamen (Self-Defense Militia Uniforms)
National Standard TCVN/QS 1822:2021 for Militia Uniforms Issued along with Circular 94/2021/TT-BQP, whereby National Standard TCVN/QS 1822-29:2021 for Militia Uniforms - Part 29: Raincoat for Soldiers, Section 4 Inspection Methods for Raincoat Products as follows:
4.1 Inspection Rate
Inspection by probability for each batch, randomly sampling from 5% to 10% of the quantity of products in the batch for inspection.
4.2 General Requirements Inspection
4.2.1 Visual Inspection
Visual inspection by the naked eye must meet the requirements as stipulated in 3.1.1.
4.2.2 Material Inspection
The materials used for production must have clear origins and be inspected before being put into production. Inspect the type and quality of materials through conformity certificates; compliance certificates or quality inspection records. The inspection results must meet the requirements as stipulated in 3.1.2.
4.3 Technical Criteria Inspection
Spread the product on a flat table, measure the product dimensions in length and width using a measuring tape. The inspection results must meet the requirements as stipulated in 3.2.
