Members of the Central Fund for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control Management Agency?

According to Clause 3, Article 5 of Decree 78/2021/ND-CP (Effective from September 15, 2021) stipulating the management and operation apparatus of the Central Natural Disaster Prevention and Control Fund, in which:

The central fund management agency consists of a Director, Deputy Directors, and specialized, professional units.

- The Director of the Central Fund is appointed or approved by the Chairman of the Central Fund Management Council. The Director represents the legal entity of the Central Fund. The Director is authorized to sign contracts as prescribed by law for certain tasks serving the activities of the Fund and is responsible before the law.

- The Deputy Directors and Chief Accountant are appointed or dismissed by the Chairman of the Central Fund Management Council at the proposal of the Director of the Central Fund.

- Specialized and professional units are decided by the Chairman of the Central Fund Management Council at the proposal of the Director of the Central Fund.

- The working regime, tasks, and powers of the central fund management agencies are assigned by the Chairman of the Fund Management Council and are specified in the Organization and Operation Regulations of the Central Fund.
