Means of Communication - Contact of the Honorary Consul
According to the provisions of Article 23 of Circular 01/2020/TT-BNG, the content is regulated as follows:
An honorary consul may use telephone, fax, official mail, electronic mail to communicate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Vietnamese representative agencies abroad for official purposes, in accordance with the law of the receiving country.
In special cases approved by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and if the relevant countries do not object, the honorary consul may use consular couriers, consular bags to communicate with the agencies mentioned in Clause 1 of this Article.
