Matters for Organizations and Individuals to Provide Opinions on When Implementing Democracy in Relations and Resolving Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Operations

According to Article 13 of Circular 18/2020/TT-BCA (effective from April 06, 2020), provisions for agencies, organizations, and individuals to provide feedback include:

- Measures to implement legal regulations on fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue.

- Proposals, plans, and measures to ensure safety in fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue at residences and workplaces.

- The establishment and operating methods of public organizations participating in fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue work.

- Recommendations for commendations and awards to agencies, organizations, and individuals with achievements in fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue work; proposals for handling violations of regulations on fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue.
