Leadership Authority of the Officers of the Vietnam People's Army

Officers of the Vietnam People's Army (hereinafter referred to as officers) are officials of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, operating in the military field, conferred military ranks by the State including the ranks of Subaltern, Captain, Colonel, and General.
