Keloid Scars on the Neck: Eligibility for Police Service?
According to Clause 4, Article 6 of Circular No. 45/2019/TT-BCA stipulating that citizens performing the duty to participate in the People's Police force must ensure the following special indexes:
- Not addicted to drugs or drug precursors.
- Normal hair color and type.
- No pigment disorder of the skin.
- No tattoos on the skin, including permanent make-up tattoos.
- No ear piercings (for males), nasal piercings, or any other body piercings for jewelry.
- Not suffering from chronic diseases or social diseases.
- No hypertrophic scars complicating on the head, face, neck, forearms, hands, or feet.
Therefore, in the case of having hypertrophic scars on the neck, you will not be able to participate in the police duty according to the current regulations.
