Is the Voice of Vietnam a National Radio Station?
Based on Clause 1 Article 1 of Decree 03/2018/ND-CP regulated as follows:
Radio Voice of Vietnam is an agency under the Government of Vietnam, the national radio station that performs the function of informing, propagating the guidelines and policies of the Communist Party and the laws of the State; it contributes to education, enhances the intellectual standards of the people, and serves the spiritual life of the people through radio programs and other forms of journalism and multimedia communications.
Therefore, according to the above regulation, the Radio Voice of Vietnam is an agency under the Government of Vietnam and is the national radio station.
