      b) Socio-political organizations: Take the lead in supervising the implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws (except for issues of national secrets) directly related to the Party's policies and laws. Next, the legal and legitimate rights and interests of union members, members, functions and tasks of their union; Coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front to perform supervision tasks on relevant contents.
      2- For individuals,
      the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations supervise according to the contents specified in Point b, Clause 2, Article 5 of this Regulation at their places of work and residence.

      Thus, the Vietnam Women's Union is not allowed to supervise the activities of Party agencies.

      The Vietnam Women's Union has the right to supervise the implementation of the Party's policies and guidelines if such supervision is directly related to the legitimate rights and interests of union members, members, and functions and tasks of the Association;

      Or coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front to perform monitoring tasks on relevant content.

      According to Article 7 of the Regulation on social supervision and criticism of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations issued by the Central Executive Committee together with Decision 217-QD/TW in 2013, regulations 05 Monitoring methods are as follows:

      - Every year, based on the practical situation, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations are responsible for developing monitoring programs and plans to report to party committees and authorities at the same level before deployment. When necessary, unplanned supervision can be organized.

      Monitoring programs and plans are agreed with relevant state management agencies to support implementation and ensure practical and realistic monitoring, with good impacts on political, social and human life.

      - The Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations receive feedback from members, union members, associates, people's opinions, opinions of experts and survey organizations reality to have a basis for making recommendations to Party and State agencies, party committees and authorities at the same level.

      - Supervise through the implementation of legal documents on democracy at the grassroots, activities of the People's Inspection Board and the Community Investment Supervision Board.

      - Supervise through studying documents, documents, and reports of agencies and organizations; petitions, letters of complaints, denunciations, reflections, and recommendations from organizations and individuals sent to the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations and through reports from the mass media.

      - The Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations participate in monitoring activities proposed by elected bodies.
