Is the National Assembly Guest House a public service provider?
Section 5, Article 1 of Resolution 618/2013/UBTVQH13 (amending and supplementing Article 4 of Resolution 417/2003/NQ-UBTVQH11) stipulates the organizational structure of the Office of the National Assembly as follows:
"Article 4. Organizational structure of the Office of the National Assembly
...
- The public service providers include:
a) The People's Deputies Newspaper;
b) The National Assembly Guest House in Hanoi;
c) The National Assembly Guest House in Ho Chi Minh City;
d) Other public service providers established in accordance with points a and b, Clause 2, Article 3 of this Resolution."
According to the above regulation, the National Assembly Guest House is a public service provider.
