Is Recruitment Information for Public Employees Posted at the Hiring Unit?

Clause 1, Article 14 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP stipulates the notification of public employee recruitment as follows:

The authority or unit with recruitment authority must publicly announce the recruitment at least once through one of the following mass media channels: printed newspaper, electronic newspaper, radio, television; concurrently, it must be posted on the electronic information portal or electronic information gate and publicly displayed at the headquarters of the recruiting authority or unit.

Thus, according to the regulations, in addition to the requirement of publicly announcing the recruitment at least once in one of the mass media channels and posting it on the electronic information portal or electronic information gate, the recruiting authority or unit must also publicly display it at their headquarters.

Therefore, in the case where the Department of Education recruits public employees, the recruitment announcement must compulsorily be publicly displayed at the headquarters of the Department.
