In Section 7 of Guidance 01-HD/TW in 2021 on certain specific issues in implementing the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam, there are regulations regarding the ceremony of admission to the Communist Party of Vietnam as follows:
a) The ceremony of admission to the Communist Party of Vietnam must be conducted solemnly; admit individuals one by one (in case of admitting two or more people in the same ceremony).
b) Decorations for the admission ceremony (seen from below upwards): At the top is the slogan "Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam quang vinh muôn năm"; the flag of Communist Party of Vietnam, the Vietnamese flag, the statue or picture of President Ho Chi Minh (on the left), the picture of Marx - Lenin (on the right), and the title: "ceremony of admission to the Communist Party of Vietnam ."
c) Program of the admission ceremony
- Flag salutation (singing the National Anthem, the internationale).
- Declaration of reasons and introduction of delegates.
- The Secretary of the CPV cell or representative of the CPV cell committee reads the decision to admit new members by the authorized party committee.
- The new Communist Party member reads the oath.
- The representative of the CPV cell committee articulates the duties and rights of party members, the duties of the CPV cell, and assigns official party members to help the probationary members.
- The representative of the higher-level party committee speaks (if any).
- Closing ceremony (singing the National Anthem, and the internationale).
=> Thus, according to the above regulations, it is permissible to hold a ceremony of admission to the Communist Party of Vietnam for multiple individuals on the same day. It is not mandatory to organize separate ceremonies.
