Article 23 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP stipulates regimes and policies for probationers and instructors as follows:
1. During the probationary period, the probationer is entitled to 85% of the level 1 salary of the employed professional title. In case the probationer has a master's degree in accordance with the requirements of the job position, the probationer will receive 85% of the level 2 salary of the recruited professional title; In case the probationer has a doctoral degree in accordance with the requirements of the job position, the probationer will receive 85% of the level 3 salary of the recruited professional title. Allowances are provided according to the provisions of law.
2. Probationers are entitled to 100% of the salary and allowances of the professional title corresponding to the training level specified in Clause 1 of this Article in the following cases:
a) Working in areas with extremely difficult socio-economic conditions;
b) Working in toxic and dangerous industries and occupations;
c) Complete military service; obligation to participate in the people's police; Military officers, police officers, serving professional soldiers, people doing cipher work changing majors, graduates of reserve officer training, graduates of training as commander of the commune-level military command of the grass-roots military branch, was awarded the rank of reserve officer, registered as a reserve officer, member of the youth volunteer team, and member of the young intellectual volunteer team Participating in rural and mountainous development for 24 months or more has completed the task.

How many days does it take for probation public employees to submit their report to receive work results in Vietnam?
According to Article 24 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP, regulations on appointment to professional positions of civil servants for probationers after the end of the probationary period are as follows:
1. At the end of the probation period, the probationer must report the probation results in writing according to the contents specified in Clause 3, Article 21 of this Decree; The probation instructor is responsible for commenting and evaluating the probation results for the interns in writing. These documents are sent to the heads of public service units.
2. No later than 05 working days from the date of receiving the probationer's report and comments and assessments of the probationary instructor and the head of the public service unit assessing political and ethical qualities and the probationer's work results. In case the probationer meets the requirements, the head of the public service unit shall decide according to his/her authority or submit a written request to the agency competent to manage the public service unit to decide to appoint the professional title and pay salaries for recruited officials.
Therefore, from the date the probation public employee submits the report, within 5 days the head of the public service unit will evaluate the political qualities, ethics and work results of that public employee in Vietnam.
