Clause 1, Article 6 of Decree 76/2019/ND-CP provides: The subjects stipulated in Article 2 of this Decree, upon first taking on a position in an agency, organization, or unit located in an area with extremely difficult socio-economic conditions, are entitled to the following allowances:
- An initial allowance equivalent to 10 months' statutory pay rate at the time of taking up the position in the area with extremely difficult socio-economic conditions.
According to Clause 2, Article 2 of this Decree, salaried personnel in the armed forces (including cases of transfer, secondment, rotation without distinguishing between local individuals and those from other places) who have salaries arranged according to the salary table regulated by the competent authorities of the Communist Party and the State, currently working and going to work in areas with extremely difficult socio-economic conditions, include:
- Officers, professional soldiers, workers, national defense public employees, contract laborers receiving salaries from the state budget belonging to the Vietnam People's Army.
As such, as a professional soldier being transferred to an area with extremely difficult conditions, you will receive an initial allowance equal to 10 months' statutory pay rate at the time of taking up the position in the area with extremely difficult socio-economic conditions.
Respectfully!
