Is a Person with Keloid Scars on the Chest Eligible to Join the Police Force?
According to Clause 5, Article 5 of Decree 70/2019/ND-CP on health standards for the People's Police as follows: Balanced body shape, no deformities, malformations and meeting health standards to perform the duty to join the People's Police.
Pursuant to Article 6 of Circular 45/2019/TT-BCA stipulating special indicators when citizens perform the obligation to join the People's Police as follows:
- Not addicted to narcotics, narcotic precursors.
- Normal hair color and form.
- No skin pigmentation disorders.
- No tattoos on the skin, including tattoo spraying on the skin.
- No ear piercings (for men), nose piercings, or piercings in other body locations for wearing jewelry.
- No chronic diseases, social diseases.
- No keloid scars pulling at the head, face, neck, forearm, hand, and foot areas.
Therefore, if you have a keloid scar between your chest and meet other conditions and criteria, you will be eligible to serve in the People's Police.
