How is the Settlement of Complaints at the Court Conducted According to the New Regulations When the Employee Has Transferred Jobs?
Based on Clause 3, Article 22 of Circular 01/2020/TT-TANDTC (effective August 10, 2020) stipulating the authority to handle complaints in cases where an employee has transferred their work position as follows:
For officials or employees who have transferred positions and are then identified to have committed violations at the agency or unit where they previously worked, the Chief Judge of the People's Court directly managing the official or employee at the time of the violation shall handle the case. The Chief Judge of the People's Court where the official or employee is currently working is responsible for coordinating the resolution.
The above is a regulation on handling complaints in cases where employees or officials at the Court have transferred their work positions before being accused, as stipulated in Circular 01/2020/TT-TANDTC.
