How is the recruitment content for official Ward Land Administration conducted?

I would like to ask, I have just graduated from university. According to my parents' wishes, I plan to go back to my hometown and apply for a position in Land Administration at the ward. Can you please provide information on the current recruitment content for the position of Land Administration at the ward?

According to Clause 6, Article 1 of Decree 34/2019/ND-CP, regulations for the positions of Office - Statistics, Land Administration - Construction - Urban and Environment (for wards, commune-level towns) or Land Administration - Agriculture - Construction and Environment (for communes), Finance - Accounting, Justice - Civil Status, Culture - Society, the recruitment examination is conducted in two rounds as follows:

Round 1:

Verification of diplomas, certificates, academic results, and priority status of candidates according to the job position requirements registered in the Recruitment Application Form; if qualified, the candidate is allowed to participate in Round 2 as stipulated in point b of this clause;

No later than 5 working days after the conclusion of the verification of conditions and standards of candidates in Round 1, the Chairman of the District People's Committee must notify the summoning of qualified candidates to participate in the Round 2 interview;

No later than 15 days after notifying the summoning of candidates eligible for Round 2, the interview must be organized.

Round 2: Interview to assess the competency and professional qualifications of the candidate. The interview score is calculated on a 100-point scale. The interview duration is 30 minutes. Re-evaluation of interview results is not conducted.
