How is the Misuse of Military Weapons Handled Disciplinarily?

According to the regulations stipulated in Article 27 of Circular 16/2020/TT-BQP, the misuse of military weapons is subject to disciplinary actions as follows:

- Management and use of weapons, military technical equipment in violation of regulations resulting in safety breaches regarding personnel, weapons, equipment, vehicles, and property will be subject to disciplinary actions ranging from a warning, salary reduction to reduction in military rank.

- If any of the following cases are violated, disciplinary actions ranging from demotion, dismissal, revocation of officer rank to deprivation of military title, and forced resignation will be imposed:

+ Being a commander or officer;

+ Being a person with specialized professional knowledge regarding weapons, military technical equipment;

+ Having been disciplined previously but continuing to violate.
