How is the Management of Party Member Records Organized?
Management of party member records is regulated in Section 8 of Guidance 01-HD/TW in 2021 on specific issues for implementing the Charter of the Communist Party. To be specific:
Management of party member records:
- The system of books for tracking and managing party member records includes: Register of current party members in the cell (both official and probationary members); register of members who have left the Communist Party (resigned, removed, expelled); register of deceased members; register of receiving and borrowing party member records.
- Party member records are organized for easy access, visibility, and preservation according to each type of record at each management level.
- The storage place for party member records must be equipped with termite-proof, moisture-proof, fire-proof, and flood-proof measures; and must adhere to confidentiality policies.
Every 6 months, the list of party members must be cross-referenced with the quantity of party member records to promptly identify and address any damaged documents. When changing the management officer, there must be a strict handover record, conformable.
Respectfully.
