How are the Standing Members and Supporting Members of the Government's Crime Prevention and Control Steering Committee Regulated?
Based on Article 3 of Decision No. 165/QD-BCD138/CP of 2020, which regulates the standing committee and assists the Steering Committee as follows:
- The Standing Committee of the Steering Committee comprises the Head, Deputy Heads, and the Secretary Member.
- The standing agency of the Steering Committee is the Ministry of Public Security.
- Assisting the Steering Committee and the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee is the Office of the Ministry of Public Security and the Intersectoral Expert Group.
The Intersectoral Expert Group consists of a number of departmental-level officials from the Ministry of Public Security. Each ministry, central authority, mass organization, and agency where a member of the Steering Committee works is responsible for appointing one departmental-level leader from their ministries, central authorities, mass organizations, and agencies to participate in the Intersectoral Expert Group (The Intersectoral Expert Group has its own Operational Regulation).
Sincerely!
